Hot springs in British Columbia are dotted throughout the province, with a heavy concentration in the mountainous Kootenay Rockies region.

They range from hidden, rustic, riverside spots to easy-to-access pools in spa-like settings. Mineral springs have healing properties, and a soak is the perfect way to end an active day. Southeastern BC’s Powder Highway ski-resort circuit also follows the Hot Springs Circle Route. In the winter, combine a ski trip with soaking under snow-flecked skies. In the summer, take a road trip to steamy paradise.
